Please use the University of Bridgeport Facility Reservation System to reserve the following School of Engineering spaces:
- Engineering Conference Room (TECH 122) – for official meetings only.
- Interdisciplinary Emerging Technology Laboratory (IET Lab) – including all its designated areas.
- Engineering Interdisciplinary Makerspace (EIM) – located on the 6th floor of the Wahlstrom Library (Room 613). Note: If you wish to use the EIM space for special events, please submit a Faculty/Staff Event Request Form for approval by UB’s Event Coordinator. Forms are available at: https://forms.bridgeport.edu
Important Notes:
- Food and beverages are not permitted in these spaces without prior special arrangement.
- The Engineering Conference Room is intended only for meetings, not for student study purposes.
- Students may use the EIM space for study, project work, or prototype assembly.
- Reservations are valid only after official approval through the reservation system.
- For class sessions or examinations, please use General Purpose Labs (GPLs 163/164) by contacting the Registrar’s Office at registrarrequest@bridgeport.edu
User Account Registration
- UB employees and Students before making a reservation, please create an account in the reservation system.
- Non-UB employees or guests may also create an account to submit reservation requests.
